Complementary Room at Great Ormond Street Hospital

A truly humbling day for the Sunflower Jam team after spending the afternoon at Great Ormond Street Hospital, looking at how the moneys raised will be utilised for a dedicated Sunflower room within the children's cancer unit to offer complementary treatments.

With a special thanks to Rachel Hughes, Julie Bayliss and Jenni Hallman from GOSH for being so helpful and making the build seem so easy to achieve.

Also a thanks to Paddy Dickinson, a strong supporter of The Sunflower Jam and close friend and Vicky Lord who attended on behalf of Jon Lord, a trustee of the charity, who, due to illness was unable to attend this time.

Jacky won The Childline Award for Philanthropy at the Classic Rock Awards

On November 5th 2007, Jacky and Ian were presented with The Childline Award for Philanthropy at the annual Classic Rock Awards. This was in recognition of their fundraising work acheived through The Sunflower Jam. The Award was presented by Bruce Dickinson.
